I contribute to magazines such as Cooking Light, Better Homes & Gardens, Wine Enthusiast,, and Natural Home on topics from planning a kitchen garden to pairing wine with avocados to making time for a beloved hobby. I also blog about wine at everydaywine.net and for AOL's Slashfood, a blog for foodies.

I'm a member of the American Society of Journalists and Authors and the Online News Association. I live in a 107-year-old Craftsman-style house with my husband and two daughters.
